Join Laurie Hapai Holistic at Temple Uptop in Bude, Cornwall on the 22th of Janaury from 10.30am to 12pm for a restorative circle. Please note this is a mixed event so all are welcome. All I ask is that you follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and welcoming space.

A circle is a space to be seen, heard & held.A pause to just be & give voice to the things we carry within or simply to witness others in their truth. There is so much beauty in honouring & giving each other the space & time to be whole.
A simple space without judgement, without guilt or prerequisites. A home to come to.
